The apartment is on the second floor , (with lift from underground garage and lobby), and is in a modern building on Coogee Bay Road just above the Carrington St Junction. An easy walk either up to the shops in Randwick or down the hill to Coogee and the beach area. It has two bedrooms, one double with an ensuite shower WC , one twin with its own bathroom facing. The Lounge dining area is spacious, with TV DVD, and has a breakfast bar into the kitchen area, which is fully equipped for family catering. There is a small terrace with table and city scape views. There is a single parking space in the garage.

Position:- It is approximately 450 mtrs down  to Coogee beach, 400 mtrs uphill to  the main shopping area in Randwick, Prince of Wales Hospital, and 250 mtrs from the local shops and cafes etc  in the busy Coogee Beach area. It is 20 mins by bus to the Opera house/Circular Quay ( about 7 kms) and a similar distance to the airport. Local bus services are running about 100 mtrs from the unit on Carr St. The University of New South Wales, Hospital (Prince of Wales & Children's) and the Racecourse are all within an easy walk of this centrally located unit. 
        

Facilities:-The Randwick/Coogee area is a family and  residential area, with good entertainment facilities for all types of visitors. The local restaurants, hotels (pubs/bars), RSL clubs all  have excellent facilities and are within an easy walk. It is not air-conditioned but fans and heating are supplied.
For invalids/disabled there is one small step from street level to the lift.. from underground parking it is absolutely level). Standard width (approx 75 cm) doors throughout allow easy access. No specialized  disabled facilities. Coogee and Randwick are on a hill sloping down to the beach.
