Description:-This 2 bedroom executive unit, is on the ground floor, and has a good terrace and garden area in a quiet position. It is approx 500 meters up Bondi Road from the main Bondi beach, and a 10 minute walk down to Cambpell parade and the main beach, with all of its shops cafes and restaurants, and just further up Bondi Road are more cafes and shops. The bus stops on the main Bondi Road which is about 50 meters up from the unit,  so transport and facilities are all close by and walkable.

The main entrance is thru the security doors on Imperial Avenue, with a few steps down the the unit level. From the lane at the rear (Castlefield Lane)  there is level access via the garden and terrace,  into the living room with a separate keyed lock on the terrace doors, so it is accessible by wheelchair or for the mobility impared.

The apartment has a low walled garden which faces onto a cul de sac with very little traffic, and has a large side garden (approx 14m x 5 m) with tree ferns, palm trees and shrubs ( perfect jungle area for the kids!) . There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop. It is an open kitchen onto the comfortable lounge/dining area, with TV/DVD and CD/radio, which has double sliding doors onto the font terrace and  garden area with terrace furniture . There is a dining area with a six to eight seater table.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and an ensuite  with overhead shower, WC and basin. The other  bedroom has  two single beds , and has a separate full bathroom with bath /overhead shower, WC and vanity unit. There is a separate laundry room( washing machine and dryer) . There is another single foldaway bed in the lounge to make the maximum occupation of 5 persons.
