Description

new unit ( in the same block as 6308 and 9308), has full
air-conditioning, polished wooden floors in the lounge,
separate bedroom with special size beds, 2 x king single
size (approx 105cm wide x206cm length). It also has
a sofa bed ( double size) in the lounge. This apartment
is equipped and built as per a two bedroom unit, with the
same kitchen and lounge , but with only the one bedroom,
so it is unusually spacious for this type of unit.
Full
size designer kitchen with dishwasher, oven, large size
fridge ( 520ltr), microwave etc. Polished granite breakfast
bar and worktops. Internal full laundry is situated in the
walk -in shower with WC ( no bath tub).
The lounge has TV/DVD & CD player, and is very
nicely furnished and finished for a comfortable stay. It
does not have a balcony or terrace, and there are no views
from the unit, although it is bright, and well located for
all amenities.
Although Bondi Road is a fairly busy access to the beach,
this unit is in the centre of the building and very quiet
and peaceful.
It
is on the ground floor level with the entrance and so is
access and wheelchair friendly.
Currently
this units does not have parking, the on-street parking
is easy here, and there is a rear lane park as well with
a side entrance to the units so this is not a problem. There
may be space available but this is not guaranteed.
It
is situated only 350 mtrs up from Bondi Beach, and right
on the bus route up to Bondi Junction shops and trains.
It has local shops within 100 mtrs for most basic necessities.
