It is 20 mins by bus to the Opera house/Circular Quay ( about 7 kms) and a similar distance to the airport. Local bus services are running about 100 mtrs from the unit. The University of New South Wales, Hospital (Prince of Wales & Childrens') and Randwick Racecourse are all within an easy walk of this centrally located unit, which is in a security block. The Randwick/Coogee area is a family and  residential area, safe and secure, with good entertainment facilities for all types of visitors. The local restaurants, hotels (pubs/bars), RSL clubs all  have excellent facilities and are within an easy walk. It is not air-conditioned at present.
