Location:- It is approximately
350 mtrs down to Coogee Beach, 400 mtrs uphill to
the main shopping area in Randwick, Prince of Wales Hospital,
and 200 mtrs from the local shops and cafes etc,in the busy
Coogee Beach area. It is 20 mins by bus to the Opera house/Circular
Quay ( about 7 kms) and a similar distance to the airport.
Local bus services are running about 100 mtrs from the unit.
The University of New South Wales, Hospital (Prince of Wales
& Childrens') and Randwick Racecourse are all within
an easy walk of this centrally located unit, which is in
a security block. The Randwick/Coogee area is a family
and residential area, safe and secure, with good entertainment
facilities for all types of visitors. The local restaurants,
hotels (pubs/bars), RSL clubs all have excellent facilities
and are within an easy walk. It is not air-conditioned at
present.
