Building exterior View - Bondi Beach 350 mtrs away (not a view from the unit)

Description:-This is a brand new unit and building,  situated close to Bondi Beach ( approx 350 mtrs down the road), and close to shops and restaurants, with the buses almost at the doorstep . The unit is in the centre of the building and is quiet and peaceful. It does not have a balcony or terrace and so is perfect  for child safety. It is on the second floor of the building and has a small lift from the street level lobby/entrance hall as well as stairs so it is wheelchair friendly.

It has two full bathrooms. both with bath/showers, one ensuite to the main bedroom, and a closed off laundry area with washing machine and dryer in the second bathroom. A good size  lounge/dining area has an open plan ultra modern granite and steel kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer ( full size), oven and cooktop. All cooking utensils are supplied, as is crockery and cutlery. It is comfortably furnished with two sofas, dining table and chairs for 6 persons. TV and DVD, small stereo/CD player.

There is one secure parking space at the rear of the building, served by an electronic 'tuck away' system, this has a maximum height restriction of 1.80 Mtrs (1.5m on the lower deck) , and there is a length restriction (max 5.00m) , so cars only, no 4 wd or 'people movers' with high profiles/roofracks etc. We do not have specific reserved spaces and cannot guarantee upper or lower deck positions. Also there may be some access difficulties when turning in or out, due to lack of no parking signs opposite, and inconsiderate parking. We have no control over this.
