We are happy, at minimal cost, to pass these onto you if we cannot help them, or even if your property catches their eye instead of ours! ( ouch!!!)...

We do not charge any commissions or extra fees, apart from the 'listing fee' on the website.
The clients will contact you directly, make all arrangements, deposits and payments to you. We carry no liability or accept any funds on your behalf.

6 months inclusion $66 or 12 months inclusion $110.

How it works:-

We would set up the advert as above, with direct link to your website or an e-mail, you would approve the 'ad' and have a trial for a month, if you are happy with it, then we would invoice you for the listing fee after that month.

Pre payment required ( add 2.5% if paid by credit card).
You will be asked to 'proof' the page. Once approved, and it is live, no refunds can be given.
